Artistic Services
Artistic Services are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Artistically Ashley will work directly with you to develop your bespoke custom luxury item and will bring our design to life. Given the custom nature of each individual project, please contact us above to start designing your next bespoke custom luxury item.

Can I preview your work?
Of course! Most of our hand painted products can be viewed on our instagram page. Head there for inspiration and a sampling of the bespoke custom detail we provide on every order. In addition, when you commission us to paint your luxury items, two mock-ups are provided for your review and sign-off. Additional mock-ups can be provided at a price of $25 per mock-up design..
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes! If you require international delivery, please contact us directly for a quote prior to purchase.
What is your returns policy?
Given the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We will work to ensure that you are beyond satisfied with our services and will provide mock-ups in advance of our services for your review and sign-off.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has shipped, we will contact you with the tracking information linked to your item. We know how eager you are to receive your bespoke custom luxury item, but remember that quality takes time.
What are your delivery options?
We will generally ship all items either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, depending on weight. If you require insurance on our item, please contact us for a quote. Artistically Ashley is not responsible for non-insured items. Please see our terms and conditions for additional details.
